Celomix Simple
Even colour with fine fibres · Horizon family
For architects, contractors and project managers
Mixed with water, Celomix cellulose coating becomes an even paste that is spread on the wall with a flexible trowel: seamless, breathable, sound-absorbing and repairable in place.

Packaging
Celomix comes as a dry powder in bags of 1, 3, 5 and 10 kg. The colour code, production date and batch number are printed on every bag.
Coverage is based on about 3 m² per kilogram on a smooth surface, and about 2.5 m² on rough surfaces. For each wall or project, order the whole quantity at once and from one batch so the colour stays exactly the same. Work out the exact quantity
Laboratory testing
| Test | Result | Standard |
|---|---|---|
| Thermal insulation | Thermal conductivity 0.045 to 0.056 W/m·K; an insulator | ASTM D5470 |

Application
The surface must be dry, clean and free of dust; metal parts are covered with anti-rust paint and the surface is evened out with a primer of matching colour.
Put the contents of the pack into a plastic bucket and add the amount of warm water shown on the bag; use 50 to 75% of it for the first mix and knead thoroughly.
Leave the mixture for 20 to 25 minutes, then mix again before applying.
The paste is spread and smoothed on the wall with a plastic trowel to an even thickness; each wall should be done in one go, without a break.
Depending on the weather and ventilation it dries in 8 to 24 hours, after which the surface is ready for use.
The exact amount of water for each pack size is printed on the bag.
For project managers, consultants and clients
Applying with a single flexible trowel standardises the coating process and clears the usual bottlenecks in handing over the finishing phase.
Keeping to the standard nominal thickness holds the consumption per square metre to the approved budget.
Leftover paste can be dried and soaked again, with almost nothing lost.
A trained applicator covers more area per shift, shortening the critical path of the finishing phase.
Local repair instead of re-application, so the handover to the client is not delayed.
